ABOUT US

Pennbrook Management, LLC has a history that dates back decades.  In the 1980s and 1990s, the company began managing small 2-10 unit buildings in Rittenhouse and Society Hill. 

In 2010, the company expanded to include larger redevelopment and apartment complexes.

By 2020, the company began third party management and became the leading niche property manager servicing the unique needs of mid sized multi family owners. 

In 2025, our services expanded to NJ with a new office founded in Haddonfield. 

Our company has grown through the dedication and hard work of our team.  We have extremely low turnover and many employees who have been with us for decades.  Our philosophy is we take care of each other, we get a little better each day, and the rest will follow.
