Pennbrook Management, LLC has a history that dates back to the 1930s, when Gino Semola started the business. As a mason, he never left a jobsite messy and always worked to help support the growth of single-family, affordable housing.

In the 1980s and 1990s, the company grew to include more properties throughout the Rittenhouse, Fishtown, and Point Breeze areas. The property types we managed also grew to include mixed-use and multifamily properties. We secured national and local retail tenants to help support the growth of communities.

In 2000, the company expanded to include larger redevelopment and ground-up apartment complexes, working harder to meet the needs of the community.

By 2020, the company was managing hundreds of units in the Philadelphia area and became the #1 niche property management company for mid-sized owners in the region.

Our company has grown through the dedication and hard work of our ownership and staff. We maintain a family-focused real estate company to serve all of PA.
